QUOTIENT -
         Abnormal quality of the brain. Non-comparable with normal capacity of the brain. These are all the qualities of the quotient. Quotient equation is 3 in 12/4 = 3. Three is the quotient. The meaning of this as follows: There are 12 persons. Imagine 4 people questioning these 12 people. They are able to win over 9 out of the 12 persons, then we can say that the 3 persons who could not be won over have the capacity of 9+4 = 13 persons. The quotient will help in concentration only and not in creation of new knowledge.

         The cause of the intelligence quotient cell is a new cell produced in the place of concentrating centre circles at the root of the boundary point. That is the starting point of the right eyebrow. This function gives intelligent quotient to the man fully aware of concentration. Its size is very small. Its chemical formation and properties are protein, electron, proton, neutron (all sub atoms), the particle portion is yellow phosphorous. Kindly note this too is useful for deep concentration and quotient action. In no way it can be useful to create the total brain power or for any other brain research.
