Obsess:
         Continuous occupation of the mind by a single thought is called obsess. If the thought becomes an idea it is called obsession. Persistent ideas of this type means a person is obsessed. This leads to a bad state. Don't give such trouble to your minds. This is the good advice of all thinking people. All sorts of human behavioural obstacles have no connection with the brain organ. They are connected only with the nerves.

         Hale and healthy mind is a blessed one in the world. Do not give pressures to your nervous system. Another nerve disease is called Neuralgic. Neural means nerves. Symptoms of this disease are found along a nerve which will give a sharp pain inside the head or pain in the face.

Debility of the Nerves: This causes fatigue and is called Neuarasthia. Presently this is treated by drugs with some small success. The judgement of the diagnosing doctor in giving medicines will influence the extent of success. Inflammation of the nerves is a Neurotic disease. Effective medicines are available to treat this. Why I am writing all these things is that after studying, everybody should know that the only healthiest organ in our body is our own brain. Its potent is great. My research is probing this.
