                                    Concentration Contemplation Awakening state or 
                                      Alert state Consciousness Meditation.  
                                             Before 
                                  going into the research of the brain, the above 
                                  mentioned features are the work of the brain 
                                  organ. Most of us are not utilising our brain 
                                  for this purpose. We may use our brain for this 
                                  work or we may not. In no way the present non 
                                  functioning nature of these features will affect 
                                  the brain organ. But our loss is that man does 
                                  not fully develop his brain power. Total brain 
                                  power of the entire countless brain cells make 
                                  each and every brain different from man to man 
                                  in its power.
 Now 
                                  the available power for thinking-practice is 
                                  nil.For educating the brain to acquire knowledge 
                                  we have to trigger the brain power. We have 
                                  no methods now to do this.
 
 Concentration : It is an action of our 
                                  mind to think a portion of the brain and a single 
                                  point in that portion and this action happens 
                                  in one cell to gain power. This is called concentration.
 
 Contemplation : This action is called 
                                  the brain gazing the same brain and thinking 
                                  about the brain.The subjective object as well 
                                  as the objective object is one to do the gazing. 
                                  This is called contemplation of the mind.
 
 Meditation : It is a little size contemplation. 
                                  All the above acts will trigger our brain power 
                                  and this can definitely be acquired through
