system is used by us according to the available stock of spark emanating particles
in the brain which is endowed from birth. There is no necessity that every individual
should have all the metal particles sustaining and sparking the electricity in
the brain. In a single Isotoping system, one single particle which dominates the
person's thinking alone can be subjected to Isotoping. Other particles even if
they are there would be too weak to be amenable for Isotoping. In some brains
more than one particle can have a dominant position. Such brain cells are amenable
for multiple Isotoping systems. This manipulation creates more power. The method
of manipulation will be detailed later.
