What
does the word 'equanimity' mean? The meaning of
it is 'thinking' or 'a man starts to think'. Equanimity
is a condition in the mind. It is created by our
own thoughts. Mind is a continuous functioning
organ. Feeling in the inner mind is a proof for
our live organ i.e. brain or our life.
At
all times, when persons are working or active
in any work and their indulgence in a particular
thing whatever act we may have, the functioning
mind is in the state of its own calmness at all
times. This naturalism of the mind is not noticed
by any living person which is a common phenomenon
of ours. The outside look of the material world
which we see is the natural ambition of our brain
and it is common in the universe. This same act
is working in our nervous system and does the
act of thinking in our mind.
Occasionally
or at times, when people are in the waking experience
of the world, nobody is thinking more about the
seeing sight of the world to grasp more knowledge
for our brain's enthusiastic spirit. This is the
common attitude of a man or women.
When
anybody, at times, gets anger or greed about the
enjoyment of universal benefits, he will have
less thinking which will create an instability
or slight disturbance in the mind. It causes hurt
to our central nervous system (brain). At this
juncture, some people may have differences in
their mind in seeing the world, require some natural
action from our own brain. What we actually require
here which is essential is, equanimity to our
thinking. So, people are advised to think and
try to reach the thinking equanimity for a very
important particular state of the brain called
the equilibrium of the brain.
