Swamiji's Reply To A Query On Sound Symbol And Its Representation
Apl 23 2002

According to the thoughts of the siddhas (realised souls) of India, who are still wandering in the shapes of bright lights in the space in a body which is made of sound-dust particles, there is a sphere in the space in which these sound-dust bodies reside. That sphere in the space is called 'Guru Mandala'. The body which is made of light and sound-dust particles is called as 'Pranava Deham'.

There so many Indian saints classified by their various practices of their own body-shaping principle by keeping the space as their main concentration of their devotional way of life. In this way there are so many saints in the world. They are all called the siddhas of their own religion. These sound-shaped bodies of the siddhas is called 'the 'Pranava Deha'.

Haa - Woo - Imm. These three vibrating sounds are the total chaotic sounds of the universe that has always existed and keeps varying every minute in the space. It is a seperate sphere. This sphere is beneath the Guru Mandala and above the earth. From the chaotic sound sphere, first, one converged block of the sound merges and comes down to the lower space and the sound it expresses is HAA. This is the toal contraction of the chaotic sound and its hearing expression. The next sound is WOO and the third one is IMM.

Haa-Woo-Imm again merged into one projecting vibration or sound heard by the yogis in their body and its pronounciation is 'OM'. This 'OM' vibrates through the metal dusts in the whole of our body. The religious people who concentrate on this will hear this sound. A total single sound 'OM' from the body connects every man and women with the cosmic sound. The cosmic sound and the contracted micro cosmic sound 'OM' in our body is one and the same.
