The duck plucks the fish in its mouth and spills out the marshy waste surrounding it. By this act it is selfish as it takes the fish for its survival. But at the same time, when the duck spills out the marshy portion for the sake of other fishes which live on it, it is a selfless act.

Part 2

          The sail boat moves because its sail catches the wind and moves the boat. So also one should catch the wisdom of ages and shape his life based on it.
