I would like to know why I am experiencing sleepless
nights, even when i practise meditiation.

Inactive nervous system will cause sleep. This
is the body condition of the sleep. To get sleep
do all these things. Lie down facing upwards.
Muscles to be relaxed immediately. For the relaxation
of the muscles oscillate your feet left to right
for a few minutes. You can shake your hands
also. Mind will settle down and sleep will follow.
