Worldly persons therefore find it difficult to enter “conscious concentration”. They will only show lip sympathy to the actions of the good people.

All our brain organs are non-attached by nature. In the absence of common sense only the “I” (ego) is born. When good or bad thinking gets attached to it, the brain get its quality and some become good and some bad.
